Camp Chrysalis Program Director - Cross Trails Ministry - Kerrville,Texas

Are you ready to take on an exciting ministry leadership position? The Camp Chrysalis Program Director will be a leader that builds on a legacy of excellence in faith-based summer camp and retreat programming at Lutheran Camp Chrysalis in the Texas Hill Country. Camp Chrysalis is a 99-acre camp with a beautiful bluff overlooking Turtle Creek operated by Cross Trails Ministry. We are seeking a candidate who is ready to take primary responsibility for multi-age summer camp and non-summer retreat programs while working on a dedicated program team to create curriculum and activity options for all Cross Trails programs. This person should be excited about working with summer staff and building relationships with people of all ages through summer camp and retreats. Candidates must have strong leadership skills, the ability to work on a team, show creative initiative and provide exemplary Christian hospitality to all.
