The Assistant Program Manager supports the Camp Manager in delivering high-quality, mission-centered camp and retreat experiences. This role assists with program planning, staff leadership, guest services, and operational coordination to ensure safe, engaging, and spiritually formative experiences for campers and retreat guests.
Salary range/Compensation Package: Pay - Variable between $40,000-$55,000/year*
