Camp Stevens is seeking a relational, mission-driven Executive Director to help shape the next chapter of this 75-year camp and retreat ministry. Set on 250+ acres in the mountains of Southern California, Camp Stevens is a vibrant year-round community serving children, families, schools, retreat groups, and guests through summer camp, outdoor education, retreats, and immersive outdoor experiences. This is an opportunity to lead from a position of strength. Camp Stevens is building on a solid foundation, with recent facility investments, a growing culture of philanthropy, and clear strategic priorities for the future. The Executive Director will lead a diverse staff and oversee operations, finances, fundraising, strategic priorities, and key relationships while stewarding a culture of openness, connection, gratitude, wonder, and wholehearted belonging.
