Sugar Creek is situated on 660 acres of vast forests, prairies, ponds, and streams near the Mississippi River. Historically a Lutheran (ELCA) camp in full Communion partnership with the UMC, Sugar Creek partners with churches across the Midwest, offering 20+ unique world-class outdoor adventure programs for K-12 and Families in summer Bible camp. In addition, activity extends through the year in lodges, cabins, and villages with ministry events all year. This uniquely powerful ministry is thanks to wonderful relationships with supporters, program participants, communities of faith, and the presence of the Holy Spirit. The Program Director leads meaningful and exciting programs centered on experiencing the gospel of Jesus Christ. As part of a team, this position oversees programming alongside member congregations, community leaders, and ecumenical partners. A full position description is available at the link. Salary Range/Compensation Package:  Salary is commensurate with experience and includes an excellent benefits package with private, quality onsite housing and utilities covered, health benefits, retirement contributions, vacation time, 12 paid holidays, medical leave, continuing education, conference attendance, facility use and more.
